The IATA Cargo Label System is a web-based tool for generating Resolution 606 compliant airline cargo barcode labels. This system allows you to create professional cargo labels for air freight shipments with proper IATA formatting and barcodes.
No login is required, please go directly to the webpage.
The following fields must be completed before you can generate a label:
When you enter an AWB number that exists in the system database, the following fields will automatically populate: Pieces, Weight, Company name
The system validates all required fields before allowing label generation. Error messages will appear in red text if required information is missing.
Click the "Clear" button to reset all fields and start over.
The system will display specific error messages for missing required fields:

"PFX required" | Enter the airline prefix |
"AWB required" | Enter the air waybill number |
"Origin required" | Enter origin airport code |
"Destination required" | Enter destination airport code |
"Pieces required" | Enter number of pieces |
"Weight required" | Enter shipment weight |
"Company name required" | Enter customer company name |
